Chad GreggChad has over 19 years of technical experience working in the financial services sector. As the Chief Technology Officer for Kitsap Bank he is focused on providing the benefits of technology to solve business opportunities while focusing on achieving bottom-line results, managing cost, maximizing return of investments and mitigating risk. Technical and professional education includes a CS degree in Computer Programming, network certification and an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. Actively involved in his community he participates in the WBA Technology Committee, Interface Technology Conference, guest speaker WA State Senate on Consumer Protection, United Way Paint Tacoma Beautiful, Junior Achievement and March of Dimes.

Daniel Lee
dan LeeDan Lee is formerly the Director of Information Technology at the Kitsap Sun newspaper. He has more than 16 years of experience in the field of information systems and electronics. His experience includes administering and managing networks, databases, servers and clients in a multi-platform environment of Macintosh, Windows and Unix. Previously, he was in the U.S. Navy as an electronics technician onboard fast attacks submarines. Dan's current venture is Innovations Northwest, a firm providing Interactive media consulting.

Nelson Ludlow, Ph.D.
Nelson LudlowChief Executive and founder, Dr. Ludlow has over 20 years experience in software development for the military and corporate sectors. He is a dynamic leader and team builder who seeks a mutually beneficial outcome with both customers and colleagues.

While in the Air Force, Dr. Ludlow served as a mathematician, a pilot, an intelligence officer at the National Air Intelligence Center, Technical Director for Artificial Intelligence at USAF Rome Laboratory, Assistant Professor of Computer Science at the Naval Postgraduate School, and the Director of Technology and Services for Radar Evaluation Squadron.

In the corporate sector, Dr. Ludlow served as the Director of C2 Modeling for SAIC, Chief Scientist for the ORINCON Corporation and Chief Technology Officer for Ameranth Wireless--all in San Diego.

He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland and completed Post-Doctoral work in Computer Science at the University of Cambridge, England. Additional degrees include Bachelors of Science Degrees from Washington State University in Math and Physics, as well as a Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

David Nason
David NasonDavid Nason serves as EVP and Chief Technology Officer for Conenza, Inc. Mr. Nason has more than 25 years of experience as an executive leader and senior technologist, ranging from early-stage companies to large multi-national corporations, designing and managing software development lifecycles from inception to delivery of world-class product; in-depth/hands-on knowledge of software development processes, methodologies and best practices.

Before joining Conenza, Mr. Nason was COO and CTO at eAcceleration Corp., where he managed and directed the operations of the organization towards its primary objectives, including revenue and sales growth, established eAcceleration's vision, objectives and business strategies, and managed the operation of all departments, including product development, sales and customer support, to ensure alignment with customer and market needs.

Prior to joining eAcceleration, Mr. Nason was the Vice President of Product Development for iNuntius, Inc., designing and developing an award-winning suite of high-performance Voice-over-IP (VoIP) enhanced message and communication solutions including email, voicemail, faxing, paging, and short text messaging. Before iNuntius, Mr. Nason co-founded xSides Corporation as its Chief Technology Officer and Chief Scientist, and was the principal inventor of its unique and patented technologies. A testament to his accomplishments and contributions to that company’s competitive advantage and unique market opportunity was the allowance of fourteen out of twenty-four issued patents on first office action by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
In recent years Mr. Nason has led the design and architecture of several graphical user interfaces, including social interfaces such as Packard Bell Navigator and Planet Oasis, document-centric graphical interfaces such as Kidspace, Workspace, and Epson FocalPoint, and early developments in PDA and airline user interfaces. He also co-founded Software Grove, an electronic messaging and email technology company.

At Microsoft, Mr. Nason was a pioneer in the multimedia arena, spearheading early efforts in multimedia development as Technical Director of Microsoft's CDROM and Multimedia Divisions. There he led the architecture and development of the company's first interactive media titles, including Microsoft Bookshelf. As a Research Scientist at Carnegie Mellon University, he was involved in the groundbreaking research on the Mach operating system, and the Spice distributed personal computing environment.

Dr. Richard N. Strand
Dr. Richard StrandDr. Richard N. Strand has been serving as the Dean for Business and Technology at Olympic College in Bremerton Washington since September 1998. In this capacity he is responsible for operational oversight of 14 academic transfer and professional-technical programs and some 120 assigned staff, full and part time faculty. Dr. Strand's education includes a BA in Business from the University of Washington, Masters in Business and Public Administration from Boston University and the University of Southern California respectively, and a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. He has authored or co-authored numerous works for general publication and is a frequent speaker on a variety of subjects related to the history and development of community colleges in America, institutional effectiveness and leadership. He recently served as the MC of the Chair Academy’s 15th annual international conference on the “Diversity of Leadership” in Tucson, Arizona.
